Fixed Wellness CBD oil is different from hemp seed oil and organic hemp oil, as these are derived from hemp seeds (not the resin) and do not contain cannabidiol or any of the other helpful naturally occurring terpenes, cannabinoids and other components.
THE DETAILS:
Cannabidiol, also known as CBD for short, is one of over 100+ (113+/- to be exact) naturally occurring Cannabis. CBD is an annual flowering plant. Considered an Herb, CBD oil is derived from an organic substance formed in the plants secretions.
Both marijuana and hemp are forms of cannabis.
However, cannabis does NOT mean marijuana. Cannabis is the genus name and a general umbrella term, under which all forms of marijuana and hemp fall. Until recently, THC was the most researched and acknowledged cannabinoid due in majority to its abundance in marijuana. This delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC as better known- is the part that makes you “high”.
However, as the second most prevalent cannabinoid in marijuana and the top non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in hemp, CBD has been gaining momentum in the scientific community and media.
What is the ECS System?
The Endocannabinoid Framework (EndoCannabinoid System/ ECS) is a checks-and-balances framework found inside of our bodies. The ECS is dynamic and constantly active inside everyone, regardless if an individual uses Cannabis or not. Our body organically makes endocannabinoids to control our state of mind, diet, and rest. Cannabinoids found inside the hemp plant can link to similar, specific receptors in our bodies. The two significant receptors on our cells are simply known as CB1 and CB2.
This framework is known to advance homeostasis inside our bodies. Important to note, CBD does not actually bond to the ECS receptors. Rather, it appears to support creation of our bodies normal endocannibanoids.
Our body kicks in the ECS framework when it needs to self-regulate itself. Like any framework inside our complex and intricate bodies, at times things can turn out badly and the framework struggles managing itself. CBD, as a cannabinoid, can rejuvenate some of these processes when our body is incapable of doing it by itself.
What is Full Spectrum CBD?

Here at Fixed we want our customers to get the full benefits of the product we are offering. Because of this, Full Spectrum DOES have traces of THC in it. Less than 0.03%.
Full spectrum CBD is extracted from the cannabis plant with all of the other compounds in the plant, including terpenes, essential oils, and other cannabinoids. Because full spectrum CBD contains all of the plant’s compounds, that means it contains traces of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is the part of the cannabis plant that causes psychoactive side effects. NOTE: This does product does not produce such effects; however with traces of the THC it allows for this and other cannabinoids to promote additional benefits to the body. – For Personnel Requiring Zero-THC Options – WE NOW OFFER BROAD SPECTRUM as well.
What is Broad Spectrum CBD?
Yes, our product line is now including what is known as Broad Spectrum too. Broad spectrum CBD is CBD that has been extracted from the cannabis plant with all of the other compounds from the plant except for THC. That means it contains terpenes, essential oils, and other cannabinoids from the plant.

How does CBD work in my body?
CBD produces effects in the body by attaching to certain receptors. CB1 receptors are present throughout the body, but many are in the brain. The CB1 receptors in the brain deal with coordination and movement, pain, emotions, and mood, thinking, appetite, and memories, and other functions.
How do I use CBD oil?

Many customers who use our CBD oils like to drop the oil directly into their mouth/under there tongue. However, because our product is a 100% natural and organic supplement that comes from a plant, it has a taste that some consider unique. While many of our customers like the flavor, others would rather find a way to alter it. If that’s you, try mixing in with honey, milk, juice, applesauce, or a smoothie. Also, take note that this product can be applied topically as well when mixed with your favorite cream or lotion to spot-treat.
How do I know if the CBD Oil is working yet?
CBD does not typically have any immediately noticeable effect, though some consumers have reported otherwise. Depending on dosage and means of ingestion, effects can be felt in as little as 30 minutes. The full, complete effect however can take up to 7-10 days of consistent dosing to achieve full benefits.
